Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided. BEAUTYREFINECH is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages, or any delays that may happen with the postal service.

BEAUTYREFINECH is no responsible for missed deliveries because no one was on home and the driver felt it was unsafe to leave it.

BEAUTYREFINECH not responsible if the address entered is incorrect.  Client must pay shipping again if the item was returned because of this.

Once the order in marked “delivered” by the carrier, it’s the customers responsibility to contact the carrier for any delivery Issues.  BEAUTYREFINECH will not resend the items.
