Please contact us within 3 days of product arrival to request a return. Once the case is evaluated and approved you have 7 business days to ship back the order. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. A return request does not  mean the return will be granted, the case must be evaluated and approved.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you an email notifying approval, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping cost must be cover full by the client. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
*Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, costume or personalized pieces. Due to health/hygiene we cannot accept returns on items like earrings, earcuffs and nose rings. 

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 12 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return please contact us. 

 

Order Cancelation 

 Our orders are final with no exceptions. Once the order is approved by the bank it cannot be cancelled. The order will be sent within the shipping terms. Cancellations will only proceed in cases where the order has not yet been shipped. Processed and shipped orders will not be cancelled.

* Beautyrefinech has no obligation to process any request after three days of the order being received by the client.

* Our pieces are handmade; therefore, they are not totally standardized like those made in series production: therefore, there may be slight differences in appearance between one piece and another even if they are pieces of equal reference.
